About Me
Hi, I’m Shini Gupta — Founder of EQElevate, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Career Coach, and Guest Lecturer at IIM Ranchi.
With over 18 years of experience spanning Human Resources leadership and Engineering Management, I work at the intersection of people, performance, and potential. My work is centred on helping professionals and students build clarity, self-awareness, and the confidence to make aligned career decisions.
Having worked with global organisations such as Apple, GE, Bank of America, Veeva Systems, and NewGlobe Education, I bring a blend of corporate depth and human insight to everything I do — from talent acquisition and management to leadership development.
Since February 2024, I have been associated with IIM Ranchi as a Guest Lecturer, where I contribute to sessions on business communication, professional development, and workplace effectiveness.
In 2025, I founded EQElevate — a space dedicated to strengthening emotional intelligence, leadership capability, and career clarity through coaching, workshops, and learning programs.
