What Drives My Work

I began my professional journey as a Business Intelligence specialist. Along the way, I discovered what truly energised me—supporting people in their growth and career decisions.

What started as mentoring new joiners and guiding them on concepts, résumés, and interview preparation gradually evolved into a deeper passion for learning and development. Over time, I had the opportunity to design and deliver sessions on career choices, personal branding, and interview skills, as well as teach HR Management at IIMs, sharing both academic insight and real-world perspectives with learners.

Each experience reaffirmed what felt instinctively right: training and coaching is where I belong.

Today, as a certified trainer and coach, I am grateful to do work that enables individuals to gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention in their careers—while also giving me a strong sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Every session teaches me as much as it teaches others.
